One of the things that the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated is online health consultation. The pandemic has made it difficult for people to seek medical attention simply because they have a fever or common cold symptoms. Even in situations where people used to see a doctor immediately upon becoming aware of a slight sign, they are now refraining from seeing a doctor due to the risk of infection associated with the visit.
Various companies have embarked on online health consultation in the past year, and online medical treatment has also been deregulated. I have the impression that online health consultations, medical consultations, and online medical treatment have spread rapidly. Online health consultations have the advantage of being accessible and inexpensive to consult. However, as some news reports have said, doctors have been insincere in their health consultation responses. One of the reasons behind this was that the payment to the doctors was very inexpensive or even free.
